본 연구에서는 유리드믹스와 심리운동 적용이 발달지체유아의 운동능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 전라북도의 K시에 소재한 B통합어린이집에 재원하고 있는 발달지체유아 30명을 선정하였다. 본 연구의 대상에게는 주 2회씩 15주간에 걸쳐 자유선택활동 시간을 이용하여 유리드믹스와 심리운동을 총 30회 적용하였다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 유리드믹스와 심리운동 적용은 발달지체유아의 운동능력 즉, 민첩성과 균형감각, 신체조절, 그리고 협응력 및 움직임조절 향상에 효과적인 영향을 미치며, 지속효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때, 유리드믹스와 심리운동 적용은 발달지체유아들의 운동능력을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 지속효과가 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 유리드믹스와 심리운동 적용은 발달지체유아들의 운동력을 증진시킬 수 있는 적절한 중재전략으로 활용될 필요가 있다.
영문초록
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the application of eurythmics and psychomotorik on the motor abilities of preschoolers with developmental delay. The subjects in this study were 30 selected preschoolers with developmental delay in an inclusive daycare center located in the city of K, North Jeolla Province. The preschoolers engaged in eurythmics and psychomotorik 30 times in optional classes, twice a week, during a 15-week period of time. The findings of the study were as follows: The application of eurythmics and psychomotorik exerted an effective influence on the improvement of the motor abilities of the preschoolers with developmental delay, namely agility, balance, physical control, coordination and movement control, and that produced lasting effects. The findings of the study illustrated that the application of eurythmics and psychomotorik had a positive impact on the improvement of the motor abilities of the preschoolers with developmental delay, and that the effect of it was continuous. Therefore the application of eurythmics and psychomotorik should be considered as one of appropriate intervention strategies to boost the motor ability of preschoolers with developmental delay.
