국문초록필수
본 연구의 목적은 국가가 요구하는 최소한의 능력 요구 수준을 제시하고 있는 NCS에 기반한 심리운동사 양성 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 심리운동사의 직무와 핵심 능력을 검토하여, 심리운동사의 양성 방안을 제안하였다. 심리운동사의 직무로서 진단/평가, 상담, 중재, 개별화교육 프로그램 개발 및 평가, 사례관리를 핵심 직무로 제안한다. 심리운동사가 갖추어 하는 최소한의 핵심 능력으로는 심리운동의 이론적 기초, 치료관계, 중재계획, 중재수행, 중재평가와 처치 등 6가지로 제안한다. 마지막으로 심리운동사 양성 방안에 대해서는 첫째, 심리운동사 자격제도를 신자격으로 할 것인지 구자격으로 할 것인지를 먼저 결정하여야 한다. 둘째, NCS 분류체계에서 심리운동의 위치를 결정해야 한다. 셋째, 심리운동사의 직무를 분류하고, 직무에 따른 능력단위를 구성하여야 한다. 넷째, 직업기초기능 영역의 내용과 수준을 결정하여야 한다. 다섯째, 심리운동사의 자격 등급에 따른 직무와 능력단위를 결정하여야 한다. 여섯째, 심리운동사 양성에 필요한 자격 등급별 교육훈련 시간을 결정하여야 한다.
영문초록
The purpose of this study was to propose the training program of psychomotor specialist based on NCS, which was required by the government to satisfy a minimum level of competence. For the purpose, this study reviewed the psychomotor specialist’s duties and the core competencies, and then suggested a training program for them. This study suggested six factors in their duties, such as diagnosis/assessment, counseling, intervention, development and evaluation of individualized education program, case management in performance. It also suggested five factors in the core competencies, which were the theoretical foundations of psychomotor, therapeutic relationship, planned intervention, intervention implementation, intervention assessment and treatment. In terms of the training program for psychomotor specialist, this study suggested six strategies. First, we should decide on transition from psychomotor specialist’s certification in current system to new system. Second, we should decide on position of psychomotor in NCS classification system. Third, we should classify behavior duties and form their competencies unit according to their performance. Fourth, we should decide the minimum base level and content of job function area in psychomotor. Next, we should decide job performance and competencies unit according to eligibility level and rule. Finally, we should decide educational training time required to foster the psychomotor specialist.
