본 연구는 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), 이하 ADHD 아동의 이완을 위해 독일을 포함한 유럽에서 활발하게 적용되고 있는 심리운동 이완방법을 고찰해 보는 것에 목적이 있다. 먼저 ADHD 아동의 특성과 이해를 위해 기존 선행연구와 여러 문헌을 통해 살펴보았다. 현재까지 한국에서 ADHD로 인한 어려움을 겪는 환자가 매년 늘어나고 있으며, ADHD는 학령기 전후에 주로 확인이 되며 조기중재의 중요성이 더욱 강조되었다. 이에 ADHD 아동이 격는 증상을 개선하기 위해서 이완기법에 대해서 살펴보았으며, ADHD 아동과 이완을 활용한 선행연구와 관련된 문헌을 알아보았다. 이를 통해 ADHD 아동을 위한 심리운동 이완의 적용 가능성에 대해 탐색해 보았다. 그 결과 ADHD 아동을 위한 이완을 통한 지원 가능성을 확인하였고, 더불어 심리운동과 이완의 연결 가능성도 살펴보았다. 앞으로 더 체계적이고 심도 깊은 연구를 통해 ADHD 아동을 위한 심리운동 이완이 더 활성화되어 활용되길 기대한다.
영문초록
The purpose of this study is to examine Psychomotorik Relaxation techniques that are actively applied in Europe, including Germany, to relax children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD). First, we looked at existing previous studies and various documents to understand the characteristics of children with ADHD. To date, the number of patients suffering from ADHD in Korea is increasing every year, and ADHD is mainly diagnosed around school age, further emphasizing the importance of early intervention. Accordingly, we looked at relaxation techniques to alleviate the ADHD symptoms, and searched for documentary data and previous studies using relaxation techniques for children with ADHD. Through this, the applicability of Psychomotorik Relaxation for children with ADHD was investigated. As a result, it was confirmed that there are several support systems for relaxation of ADHD children, and connecting psychomotorik and relaxation techniques can also be possible. It is hoped that more systematic and in-depth research will be conducted in the future so that Psychomotorik Relaxation for children with ADHD will be more actively utilized.
