본 연구는 유아의 도전적 행동으로 인해 일어나는 현장의 문제를 해결하고 유아와 교사의 삶의 질을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교사는 연구자가 되어 자기장학을 기반으로 긍정적 행동지원를 적용한 실행연구를 실시하여 유아의 사회정서역량과 교사의 사회정서교수역량을 강화하는 것을 연구 목표로 하였다. 연구참여자는 K시 병설유치원 소인수 학급의 비장애 여아 2명이었으며 보편적, 예방적, 개별적 차원의 다차원적인 긍정적 행동지원이 실행연구의 순환적 과정을 통해 총 3차에 걸쳐 18회기 동안 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 긍정적 행동지원을 통해 나타나는 유아와 교사의 변화를 구체적으로 알아보기 위하여 혼합연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과 유아의 사회정서역량과 문제행동에 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며 교사의 사회정서교수역량에도 유의미한 변화를 나타내었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 실질적 현장적용과 효적적 중재를 위한 전문가의 컨설팅의 필요성, 유아의 기질과 양육환경을 고려한 가정과의 연계 등에 대해 제언하였다.

| This study aims to improve preschoolers’ and teachers’ quality of life by solving the difficulties in the field due to preschoolers’ challenging behavior. Thus, self-supervision-based action research was conducted to strengthen the social and emotional competence of preschoolers and the social-emotional teaching competence of teachers, to induce positive changes in preschoolers’ challenging behaviors. This was an action research study in which the teacher was the researcher, and the participants were two non-disabled girls in a small classroom of a kindergarten in K city. The multidimensional positive behavioral support of universal, preventive, and individual dimensions was implemented for 18 sessions in three periods through a cyclical process of action research. This study used a mixed methods approach to examine the specific changes in children and teachers that occurred as a result of positive behavior support. The results showed positive changes in children's social-emotional competence and problem behavior, and significant changes in teachers' social-emotional teaching competence. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that there is a need for consulting with experts for practical application and effective intervention, and linkage with families considering the temperament and nurturing environments. |
