본 연구의 목적은 통합교육을 받고 있는 지적장애 청소년을 대상으로 학교생활 적응을 위한 심리운동 적용 가능성을 탐색해 보는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 통합교육의 의미와 특징 및 성격에 대해서 알아보고, 2023 특수교육 통계를 통해 장애학생의 진학유형을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 진학유형으로는 통합교육으로 많이 진학하는 것을 알 수 있었고, 전체장애 학생의 유형 중 지적장애의 인원수가 제일 많은 것을 알게 되었다. 지적장애 청소년이 통합교육에서 겪는 어려움을 살펴보고, 크게 사회성, 자아존중감 및 자기효능감, 정서로 나누어서 알아보았다. 이를 위한 심리지원을 위해 심리운동을 제시하였다. 심리운동의 목적 및 특징을 알아보고, 지적장애 청소년의 학교생활 적응을 위한 심리운동 적용 가능성을 탐색해 보았다. 이러한 연구를 통해 앞으로 통합교육안에서 다양한 장애영역에 대한 지원과 일반학교에서의 심리운동 활동지원에 대한 연구가 추가적으로 이루어질 것을 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to research the applicability of psychomotorik to help adolescents with intellectual disabilities receiving integrated education adapt well to school life. To this end, we investigated the meaning, characteristics, and nature of integrated education, and looked into the types of advancement of students with disabilities through 2023 special education statistics. As a result, it was found that students with disabilities were the most likely to advance to integrated education courses, and that among all types of students with disabilities, those with intellectual disabilities had the largest number. Therefore, we first looked at the difficulties that adolescents with intellectual disabilities experience in the integrated education process, and categorized their difficulties into social skills, self-esteem and self-efficacy, and emotional aspects. Then, psychomotorik was presented as a method of psychological support to overcome these difficulties. In this study, the purpose and characteristics of psychomotorik were investigated as well as the applicability of psychomotorik for the adaptation of adolescents with intellectual disabilities to school life. Through this research, it is expected that additional research will be conducted to support various disabled people within integrated education, and to support psychomotorik activities in general schools. |
