본 연구는 장애인활동지원을 중심으로 장애인 돌봄 관련 연구들의 최신 동향을 살펴보기 위해 시도되었다. 2016~2022년 9월까지 “장애인활동보조”, “장애인활동지원”, “활동보조인”을 주제어로 국내학술지를 검색하여 총 50편의 논문을 최종 분석하였다.
첫째, 장애인활동지원 연구는 2016~2019년까지 해마다 5~7편, 2020년부터 해마다 10편 이상이 발표되고 있었으며, 사회과학, 복합학, 의약학, 공학, 사회복지학 분야가 포함된 37개의 학술지에 다양하게 게재되고 있었다. 둘째, 서비스 만족도, 이직 의도, 직무스트레스를 주제로 한 연구들이 가장 많았고, 실태조사, 욕구 조사가 뒤를 이었다. 장애인활동지원사를 대상으로는 직무, 직업적 관점에서 돌봄서비스를 어떻게 파악하고 있는지를 살펴본 연구가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 장애인활동지원사의 직무 관련 연구들의 주요 변수들로는 이직 의도, 직무스트레스, 소진, 직업 만족도가 있었으며, 이와 관련성이 있거나 매개하고 있는 세부 요인들이 다양하게 연구되고 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 돌봄서비스 공급자와 수요자의 만족도를 개선하기 위해서 명확한 방향성을 가진 정책, 다학제간 지속적 관심, 체계적인 서비스 환경(과업, 지지, 교육) 구축이 필요하고 이를 제언한다. |
| The study was attempted to examine the latest trends in research related to caring for the disabled with a focus on Personal Assistants for the Disabled. From 2016 to September 2022, a total of 50 papers were finally analyzed by searching domestic academic journals with the keywords of “personal assistance for the disabled”, “activity support for the disabled”, and “ activity assistant”. First, research on support for activities of persons with disabilities has been published 5 to 7 articles per year from 2016 to 2019, and more than 10 articles per year from 2020. were published in various ways. Second, studies on service satisfaction, turnover intention, and job stress were the most frequent, followed by fact-finding surveys and desire surveys. Most of the studies looked at how to understand the care service from the perspectives of jobs and occupations targeting the disabled activity supporters. Third, the main variables of job-related studies of supporters for the disabled were turnover intention, job stress, burnout, and job satisfaction, and detailed factors related or mediating these were studied in various ways. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to establish a policy with a clear direction, a multidisciplinary continuous interest, and a systematic service environment (task, support, education) in order to improve the satisfaction of care service providers and consumers. |
