본 연구는 대학생의 중도탈락의도에 관한 국내 연구 분석을 통하여 대학생들의 중도탈락의도 감소를 위한 프로그램개발과 적용을 위한 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 최근 2022년까지 발행한 한국연구재단 학술지 총 27편을 선정하여 일반적 동향, 연구방법, 대학경험 변인과 결과에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과 사이버대와 전문대에서 중도탈락에 대한 연구가 먼저 이루어졌지만, 일반대학에서의 연구 더 많이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구방법은 질적연구에 비하여 대다수 연구가 조사연구가 주를 이루고 있었다. 조사연구 중에서는 회귀분석과 구조방정식이 많았고 중도탈락의도의 원인과 경로에 대한 연구가 있었다. 그밖에 요인분석, 모형탐색 등 다양한 연구가 있었다. 아울러 대학경험에 대한 분석은 학업적 통합, 사회적 통합, 기타통합의 틀을 통하여 선행연구를 살펴보았다. 제언으로 대학생의 중도탈락 방지를 위한 대학의 지원체계와 심리지원의 한 방법으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하고, 향후 비교과 교육 과정 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.
영문초록
The purpose of this study is to explore the development and application of programs to reduce college students' dropout intentions through domestic research analysis on college students' dropout intentions. To this end, a total of 27 journals published by the National Research Foundation of Korea from 2009 to 2022 were selected and analyzed according to general trends, research methods, and university experience variables and results. As a result of the study, it was found that although research on dropout was first conducted in cyber universities and junior colleges, more research is being conducted in general universities. As for the research method, the majority of studies were mainly survey research compared to qualitative research. Among the research studies, there were many regression analyzes and structural equations, and there were studies on the causes and routes of dropout intentions. In addition, there have been various studies such as factor analysis and model search. In addition, the analysis of university experience looked at previous studies through the framework of academic integration, social integration, and other integration. As a suggestion, it is confirmed that it can be used as a method of psychological support and the university's support system to prevent college students from dropping out, and it is expected that it will be used as basic data for the development of non-curricular courses in the future.
