본 연구의 목적은 만다라미술치료를 통한 부부상담과 부모교육이 부모유형과 부모양육행동 변화 에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 대상은 1쌍의 부부로 부모유형척도 검사에서 양육에 문 제를 나타내며 각자 다른 양육행동으로 인해 자녀와 부부관계에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서 측정도구는 부모유형척도와 양육행동척도를 사용하였으며, 사전.사후검사를 실시하여 부모유형과 부모양육행동 변화에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 통해 수집된 자료들을 토대로 통제와 방임형태의 부모 유형에서 자애로우면서도 엄격한 부모유형으로 변화되는 긍정적 부모유형 모습을 찾아볼 수 있었 다. 또한 부모양육행동 사전.사후검사 결과 온정/수용, 거부/제재, 허용/방임에서 긍정적 변화를 나타 내었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 부부 1쌍의 부모유형과 부모양육행동에 긍정적 변화를 가져왔다. 따 라서 만다라미술치료를 통한 부부상담과 부모교육 병행이 부모양육행동과 부모유형에 긍정적 변화 가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

| The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of couple counselling and parental education through Mandala Art Therapy on parental types and rearing behavior change. The subjects are a husband and a wife, who show problems in rearing their child in the Parent Type Scale Test and have difficulties in relationships with their child and themselves. The measurement tools in this study were Parent Type Scale and Rearing Behavior Scale. With pretest and posttest, the change of parent types and parental rearing behaviors was researched. The collected data through these steps revealed the change of the couple from the controlling and neglecting type to the benevolent and strict type resulting in positive change. According to the result of this study, parent type and parental rearing behaviors of 1 couple brought about positive change. Therefore, running parallel with couple counselling and parental education through Mandala Art Therapy has a positive effect on parental rearing behaviors and parent type. |
