본 연구의 목표는 K-DST로 선별된 발달지체영유아를 대상으로 K-DST의 각 하위 영역(대근 육운동 영역, 소근육운동 영역, 인지 영역, 언어 영역, 사회성 영역, 자조 영역)을 통합적으로 지원할 수 있는 심리운동연습처치(PMÜ) 기반 심리운동 프로그램을 개발하고, 발달지체영유아 의 영역별 발달지원에 효과를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 Kiphard의 PMÜ 이론을 토대로 K-DST의 6가지 영역을 중심으로 프로그램 구성요소를 도출하고 PMÜ 이론의 영역별 발달지 원 요소를 분석하여 심리운동 프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램 효과 검증을 위해 실험집단 33 명(발달지체영아 10명, 발달지체유아 23명), 통제집단 33명(발달지체영아 10명, 발달지체유아 23명)을 선정하여 사전·사후검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 PMÜ 기반 심리운동 프로그램이 K-DST로 선별된 발달지체영유아의 영역별 발달지원에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 본 연구의 결 과는 발달지체영유아들이 PMÜ 기반 심리운동 프로그램을 통하여 감각 및 운동 훈련을 통해 발달을 격려하고, 운동능력과 다른 발달영역의 밀접한 상호관계를 사용하여 아동중심적인 발 달지원이 가능하다는 점을 시사하며 PMÜ 기반 심리운동 프로그램이 K-DST 진단과의 정합성 으로 상호보완적인 체계를 갖는다는 것에 의미가 있다.

| The purpose of this study is to provide integrated support for each sub-domain of K-DST(gross motor, fine motor, cognition, language, sociality, self-help) for preschool child with developmental delays screened in K-DST. This study is to develop a psychomotorik practice treatment(PMÜ) based psychomotorik program, and to investigate the effect on developmental support for preschool child with developmental delays by area. To this end, based on Kiphard's PMÜ theory, program components were derived centered on the 6 areas of K-DST, and psychomotorik programs were developed by analyzing the development support factors of each area of PMÜ theory, Pre- and post-tests were conducted by selecting 33 subjects from the experimental group (10 infants with developmental delay, 23 infants with developmental delay) and 33 subjects from the control group (10 infants with developmental delay, 23 infants). As a result of the study, the PMÜ-based psychomotorik program had a positive effect on the developmental support for each area of developmentally retarded preschool child screened in K-DST. The results of this study suggest that preschool child with developmental delays are encouraged to develop through sensory and motor training through the PMÜ-based psychomotorik program, and that preschool child centered developmental support is possible by using the close interrelationship between motor ability and other developmental domains. This suggests that it is meaningful that the PMÜ-based psychomotorik program has a complementary system that is consistent with the K-DST diagnosis. |
