이 연구에서는 운동학습프로그램이 아동기의 실행기능에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고 자 하였다. 초등학교 5학년, 6학년 총 28명을 운동학습프로그램을 실시한 집단14명과 운 동을 실시하지 않는 집단 14명으로 나누어 이들의 실행기능의 하위요소 억제능력, 전환 능력, 작업기억을 측정하였다. 실행기능 검사는 운동학습프로그램을 시작한 직후 10월과 운동학습프로그램을 12주 마친 12월에 각각 측정하였다. 억제능력은 스트룹검사(Stroop Color and Word Test)로 측정하였고 전환능력은 아동색선로 검사(Children's Color Trails Test)로 측정하였고, 작업기억은 숫자따라하기(DSF), 숫자 거꾸로 말하기(DSB) 과제로 측 정하였다. 그 결과, 실행기능의 운동학습프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단 보다 억 제능력의 검사 단어, 색상, 색상-단어검사 점수에서 유의하게 높게 나왔고 전환능력의검 사의 CCTT2에서는 통제집단 보다 실험군이 점수에서 유의하게 높게 측정되었으며, 마지 막으로 작업기억력검사 숫자따라하기(DSF), 숫자거꾸로따라하기(DSB)검사 실험군이 점수 에서 유의하게 높게 나왔다. 이렇듯 실험집단이 실행기능에 전반적으로 향상되었으며, 이 는 운동학습프로그램이 실행기능에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 영향을 알 수 있으며 운동학 습프로그램을 활용하여 아동기 때 실행기능의 향상을 위해 교육현장에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
영문초록
In this study, we tried to find out the effect of motor learning program on executive funtion. in total, 28 students in fifth and sixth grade are divided into groups that do not exercise program and group that non exercise who 14 students in fifth grade. we measured inhibition, shifiting and working memory of 28 students in fifth and sixth grade by dividing them into to two groups, students who already took the exerxise program and students who did not. Execution function was tested on october immediately at the start of the exercise program and on decemeber when the 12weeks exercise program ended. the ability to suppress was by stroop color and word test, the ability to switch was by children's color trail test and work memory was by tasks DSF, DSB. As a result, the group that ran the exercise program had better execution capabilities. This has positive effects on the execution function and suggests that motor learning programs can be utilized at educational sites to improve the childhood execution functionality.

는 운동학습프로그램이 실행기능에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 영향을 알 수 있으며 운동학
습프로그램을 활용하여 아동기 때 실행기능의 향상을 위해 교육현장에 활용될 수 있을
것으로 보인다.
