이 연구의 목적은 심리운동사들이 고도화된 전문성을 갖추고 전문직으로서 서비스하고 치 료 현장에서 활동할 수 있도록 심리운동사의 전문성을 확보할 수 있는 자격과정 개선 방안을 마련하는 데 있다. 심리운동과 관련된 국내ㆍ외 선행연구, 실태조사, 관련 법규, 정책보고서, 연구보고서 등의 문헌연구의 검토를 통해 민간자격에 대한 교육과정과 이수시간을 통합적으 로 관리할 수 있는 시스템과 심리운동과 직접적으로 관련이 없는 과목들의 교육과정의 축소 에 대한 논의, 체계적인 보수교육과 임상실습시간을 추가로 병행, 심리운동 전문강사의 양성
이 지속적으로 이루어져야 하며 관리되어야 할 필요성을 제시하였다. |
| The purpose of this study is to arrange the plan for improving the qualification course to secure the professionalism of psychomotor specialists so that they can provide services as professionals and work in the treatment field with advanced expertise. A system and a psychological exercise department that can compre- hensively manage the curriculum and completion time for private qualifications through review of literature research such as domestic and foreign prior studies related to psychological movements, current status surveys, related laws, policy reports, and research reports The discussion of the curtailment of the curriculum of subjects that are not directly related, the addition of systematic conservative education and clinical practice time, and the need to continuously train and in- struct psychological exercise instructors were suggested. |
