본 연구는 사회적 기술 중재의 효과를 증진시키기 위해 수행된 연구 자료들의 탐색과 검토를 통해, 사회적 기술에 결함이 있는 장애학생들의 사회적 기술을 증진시키는 데 필요한 정보들을 확인하기 위함이다. 관련 문헌들의 검토 결과, 지난 반세기 동안 다양한 사회적 기술 프로그램이 개발되어 학생들에게 친사회적이고 대인관계적인 행동을 가르칠 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 사회적 기술 훈련은 제한적인 환경 내에서는 사회적 기술 결함을 가진 학생들의 사회적 행동을 개선하는 데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 오랜 기간 동안 이론화, 실천, 토론, 연구에도 불구하고 사회적 결함을 보이는 학생들을 위한 판별, 측정, 훈련, 일반화, 유지 등에 대한 모범적인 모델을 제시하지는 못하였다. 검토된 연구 결과들을 기초로, 훈련된 사회적 기술을 다양한 장면에서 일반화가 이루어지고 습득한 기술이 잘 유지될 수 있도록 부단한 노력들이 필요할 것이다.

| The purpose of this study is to identify the information needed to promote the social skills of students with disabilities with deficits in social skills through the search and review of research data conducted to promote the effectiveness of social skills interventions. A review of relevant literature has shown that over the past half-century, various social skills programs have been developed to teach students prosocial and interpersonal behavior. Social skills training has been shown to be effective in improving the social behavior of students with social skills deficiencies within a limited environment. However, for a long time, despite its theorizing, practice, discussion, and research, it has not been able to provide a model for discrimination, measurement, training, generalization, and maintenance for students with social skills deficits. Based on the results of the studies reviewed, it will be necessary to make efforts to generalize the trained social skills in various scenes and to keep the acquired skills well. |
