심리운동은 움직임학(Motologie)으로 불리며 인간의 움직임을 연구하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 움직임 차원 ‘균형’에 대한 선행연구들의 동향을 조사하여 향후 심리운동에서 ‘움직임’, ‘신체협응’, ‘균형’등 관련 연구의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 연구는 최근 5년 동안 발표된 등재후보지 이상의 국내 학술지 중 균형운동, 균형감각, 균형능력, 균형조절 이라는 4가지 키워드와 연구 기준에 맞는 논문 103편을 선정하였다. 이 논문들에 대해서 국내 선행연구 ‘균형’에 대한 일반 현황과 연구 대상자 특성, 선행연구의 특성, 선행연구에서 나타난 ‘균형’에 대한 관점을 찾아보았다. 그 결과 등재지가 등재후보지보다 많은 연구를 하였고 약간의 차이가 있지만 최근 5년간 ‘균형’에 대한 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있었다. 연구대상은 성인기와 뇌졸중이 많았고, 측정도구로 사용은 Berg Balance Scale, 변인은 ‘운동’과 ‘보행’, 연구기간은 주 3회 이상과 4주이상이 많았다. 또한 균형은 고유수용성감각, 전정기관, 시각, 근골격계 기능, 인지기능이 복합적으로 작용하는 것으로 섬세한 상호작용이 필요하고, 일상생활수행 및 아동의 주의력에도 영향을 주었다.
영문초록
The psychomotor is calld Motologie and it studies human movement. The purpose of this study is to examine the trends of prior studies on movement level 'balance' to provide basic data on studies related to future psychomotor such as 'movement', 'body coordination', and 'balance'. The study selected 103 papers that conform to the four keywords of balanced movement, sense of balance, ability to balance and balance among Korean academic journals over the past five years. We looked at the general status of the prior research 'balance' in Korea, characteristics of the subjects, characteristics of the preceding study, and perspectives on 'balance' in the preceding study. As a result, more research was done on the list than on the list, and although there were some differences, research on 'balance' has been ongoing for the last five years. The study targets many adults and strokes, the Berg Balance Scale used as measuring instruments, the "exercise" and the "walking" of mutants, and the study period was more than three times a week and more than four weeks. Balance is also a combination of high-availability sensitivities, vestibular organs, vision, musculoskeletal functions, and cognitive functions, which require delicate interaction, as well as influencing daily life performance and child attention.
