연구목적: 심리운동 놀이 중재와 발달지체유아의 언어표현력(어절수, 내용의 연계성, 창의적 표현)간의 기능적 관계를 검증하였다.
연구방법: 서울시 소재 A특수유아학교 유치반에 재원 중인, 평균 생활연령 만 6;6세 발달지체유아 3명을 대상으로 대상자간 중다간헐기초선 설계 연구를 진행하였고, 기초선과 유지기간의 자유놀이 및 중재 기간의 심리운동 중재 후에 각 회기별 놀이상황에 대한 그림카드 4장을 매 회기마다 새로 제작하여 대상유아의 언어표현력을 어절수, 내용의 연계성, 창의적 표현으로 구분하여 측정하였다. 연구결과: 1. 심리운동 중재를 통해 발달지체유아 3명의 언어표현력의 하위항목인 어절수, 내용의 연계성, 창의적 표현 모두 향상하였다. 2. 중재 종료 후 유지기간에도 대상유아들의 향상된 언어표현력이 유지되었다. 결론: 발달지체유아가 내적 동기를 통해 놀이움직임에 자발적으로 참여하도록 중재환경을 조성하고, 자율결정권 부여, 반복적인 성공 경험을 통해 자기효능감과 자신감 상승을 유도한 점, 나아가 심리운동의 기본원리 및 유아들의 발달수준에 적합한 신체놀이활동을 구성, 운영한 점 등이 대상유아들의 언어표현력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 사료된다. 그러므로 발달지체유아 교육현장에서 신체움직임 활동을 적극 실행하며, 교사의 수용적 태도와 긍정적 피드백을 통해 유아가 성공경험과 자신감을 회복하도록 관심을 기울여야 할 것이다. |

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the functional relationship between intervention of psychomotricity and language expression abilities of infants with developmental delays. Method: The participants were 3 infants with developmental delays aged 6;6 years on average in special kindergarten school in Seoul. As for experimental design, a multiple probe design across subjects was adopted in relation to the language expression abilities, and the baseline, intervention and retention stages were carried out according to that. The language expression abilities(utterance, connection of contents and creative expression) were measured separately based on the four picture cards-test in each session. Results: First, through the intervention of psychomotricity, the utterance, the connection of contents and the creative expression of the 3 infants with were improved. Second, the Improved language expression abilities of them were maintained during the retention period. Conclusions: Voluntary participation of the infants in the play through internal motivation, granting of autonomous decision-making, the repetitive success experience have led to increased self-efficacy and confidence of the infants. Furthermore, the composition and operation of psychomotric activities suitable for the infants have a positive influence on their language expression. Therefore, we need to carry out more physical activities in the field of education and attention should be paid to enable infants to regain their success experience and confidence through teachers' receptive attitudes and positive feedback. |
